Sycamore Pain & Wellness is located in the former site of Harrison College on Terre Haute’s east side (near Meijer).
Thomas Pendergast, MD, and his team of specialized providers offer pain management and a number of other key services to the Wabash Valley and beyond.
Additional services include behavioral health, weight management, and bone health and wellness services
