Program/Service Notes:
We are the Aging and Disability Resource Center and the Coordinated Point of Entry for the East Central IL Area Agency on Aging in Bloomington, IL. We are an information and referral service who provides services free of charge to seniors and disabled individuals, caregivers, their care recipients, their families and relatives raising children who aren't their own. We provide educational classes, holiday parties, bingo, exercise classes, pool tournaments, puzzles, cornhole tournaments and card games. We also provide financial assistance to those who are in need. We house the Peace Meal Senior Nutrition Program and put out a monthly activity calendar that has the meals on the back. Calendars are available on our Facebook page: Mid-Illinois Senior Services, Inc. or we always have copies sitting by the front and back doors on a sign in table.
