Program/Service Notes:
Comprehensive services for children ages 0-3 who have a 30% delay or diagnosed condition that affects development. Receiving/responding to referrals, provide families with early intervention services, determine eligibility, provide families with information on their rights and help them choose service providers, assist with transition to Pre-School or
services.
