Program/Service Notes:
Available to low income youth and adults who are attending or have registered to attend an Illinois college or university. Must have at least a C average, must be enrolled as a full-time student. Funded by the State of Illinois, the Dept. of Commerce and community Affairs through a Community Service Block Grant.
