Shelby County Community Services, Inc. DUI and Substance Abuse Program is dedicated to helping persons who are experiencing problems with alcohol and drug addictions. Our program is licensed through the office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse with certified addiction counselors who offer current and accurate information and education on the disease of alcoholism and other drug dependency issues and recovery processes.
